SET Creative is a content creation and social media agency based in Boulder, CO that works with some of the best brands in the CPG industry. We are constantly looking for highly motivated, growth-minded talent to work with us as we continue expanding our portfolio of clients. Searching for a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in managing content across various social media platforms for multiple brands.

Experience working with a CPG or beverage brand

Self-starter who can manage multiple clients

Proven work experience as a social media manager

Problem solving skills. You see the problem before it becomes an issue and are already brainstorming on solutions

Hands on experience in content management

Excellent copywriting skills

“Get it done and do it right” mentality

Analytical and multitasking skills

An understanding of Sprout Social and Trello

Responsibilities:

Your day to day will include writing copy, posting content, communicating with clients, planning upcoming content and managing each client’s community.

Quality control of each account you are responsible for, up to 3 accounts/clients

Ensuring all content up to the highest standard

Manage client relationships with professionalism while building trust and confidence

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Manage the curated content created by the Set Creative team

Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Proven work experience as a food photographer with at least 3 years experience

Problem solving skills. You see the problem before it becomes an issue and are already brainstorming on solutions

A photography set up of your own including studio lights, some props, etc or the ability to travel to our Boulder Studio for shoots

Experience in a multitude of lighting styles

“Get it done and do it right” mentality

Analytical and multitasking skills

An understanding of Trello, Canva, and the Adobe Suite

A background in photography, graphic design, etc

Portfolio with examples of related work showcasing proficiency

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and managing a shoot and delivering edited assets on time

Tracking expenses for the client and staying within budget of each allotted shoot

Ensuring all content up to the highest standard

Create a consistent look for each brand that carries through each shoot you create for them

Provide content ideas when applicable

Manage client relationships with professionalism while building trust and confidence

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Listen to feedback and ideas from the Set Creative team then act on the information

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Suggest and implement new creativity to develop brand awareness

You will be responsible for working closely with and connecting with the social media manager for each client to collaborate, schedule and brainstorm on how to create the highest quality content that helps our brands excel
