Coffee Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1 scoop Ascent Coffee + Protein
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
To a 16 ounce mason jar, add all ingredients. Stir to combine.
Secure the lid and shake to thoroughly combine and play oats in the fridge overnight.
When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and stir ingredients together.
Top with desired toppings and serve!
Notes: Optional toppings - sliced bananas, almond butter, toasted coconut flakes, granola, cocoa nibs, honey
