Heyday Canning Sesame Kimchi Dip

Ingredients

1 can Heyday Canning Kimchi Sesame Navy beans
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 16 oz jar napa cabbage kimchi (Mother-in-Law’s), chopped
1 bunch scallions, greens and whites separated and thinly sliced
½ cup cheddar or yellow American cheese, grated (block from deli counter)

Directions

  1. In a food processor blend then beans and sour cream until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in ¾ of the chopped kimchi and scallion whites.

  2. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish and set on top of a baking sheet. Top with grated American cheese and the remaining chopped kimchi.

  3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, until bubbling.

  4. Garnish with scallion greens and serve with persian cucumber, baby bok choy, carrots, celery, pretzels, chips and crackers.
